客室、トイレ、シャワールーム共にとても清潔でした。客室での飲食が禁止なので匂いに悩まされることもありませんでした。スタッフの対応も親切、丁寧な対応で素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。また台東に来た時には利用したいです。

4泊しました。基本無人。チェックインが入口扉にWi-FiパスワードとLINEのQRコードあるのでLINEで友達になってチェックインしたい連絡をすると扉開くためのロック解除番号教えてくれます。それで建物に入り、鍵を取り部屋へ。部屋のドアはカード鍵タッチするだけで番号入力は必要なかったと思います。 部屋は個室で個室ごとのシャワールームあるのが良かったです。エアコンも効きました。タオル、バスタオルもあり。テレビでYou Tube見ることもできました。幹線道路に面しているので私が泊まった部屋は窓開けると車の音が大きかったです。立地が良く、バス停近いし東大門市場も歩いて行けました。花蓮駅からは2kmほどあるのでバスかタクシーが良いと思います。

フロントデスクは不在のことが多いです。 なのでスタッフ常駐している様な宿でないと 不安な方は避けたほうが良いと思います。 また中心部から離れておりコインランドリー は館内にありません(徒歩圏にはあります)。 Wi-fiはブラウジング程度なら大丈夫でした。 なおアメニティはほぼないです。 でも、夜中の建物内はとても静かで快適。 英語圏の男性２人がバカ騒ぎしていたくらいです。 部屋も広いのでそれも良かったですね。 いろいろ一人で解決するほうが気分が 良い方は、泊まっても良いかと思います。

No one at reception - didn't know where our room was. No staff at all between about 5pm and 11am so felt unsafe. Advertised as having Bar and Restaurant - didn't have either. Requested two beds - only had double & surly woman on reception made up the sofa bed with only a sheet covering base, so it was very uncomfortable. Basin/bench was rusty & dirty. Door knob to balcony was broken, so balcony was unusable.

Amazing stay. Love the themed decor. Room is clean, spacious and bed is comfy. Would definitely return when I'm going to Hualien next!
