The best hotel we have stayed in, very close to Central Amsterdam and easy to get to (only 15-20 mins by tram). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and overall a great experience. We will definitely be returning.

Good for what you need. A little bit of a walk to central but easy tram or train connections. Lovely but comfortable bed with decent size TV. Unfortunately there was mould in our room by the wardrobes. We weren’t in the room enough to really be bothered by it. Also you get given 2 coffee pods and then our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole weekend so no refill and my partner asked for a coffee, was made one and it was added to our bill! Would have been nice to know there’s a charge or be told to ask to clean the room/get more coffee. Overall we were happy with our stay and very pleasant staff members! For the price, it does the job! Also you can only smoke the special tobacco out the front.

Genial Staff was great. Bed wasn’t great, was two twin mattresses with a mattress top that kept moving and a thin sheet as a bed sheet. Bathroom had no amenties or even shelf in the shower to put stuff on

The breakfast was excellent, and it’s a bonus to have reasonably-priced parking on-site. That said, the parking rates on the website are out of dateand clearer signs to the car parks would make arrival a lot easier.
The room had a Nespresso machine with two capsules, which would have been a nice touch — except it wasn’t working. Not much staff on site.
There’s no daily housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it.
The location is great — you’re in the city centre within 30 minutes by tram.

The breakfast is inexpensive but not a lot of options. Someone makes omelettes there but it makes the entire area smoky. Suggest to remove omelettes making and increase food varieties.
The bathroom light is dim and the basin design is awkward. Very hard to wash face without bumping your head on a platform placing tooth brush and stuff.
Beds are very soft and outlets are only 3, which is not as many as I would prefer. For house keeping, there were 2 times we didn't get clean towels so had to ask the stuff for them.
The room has a big smart tv which we appreciate, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
