Room was clean, quite pleasant to stay in, nice size. Area in town is not the best. Not unsafe but very busy area and a bit grimy.

Bé Air worked. The room I had was not what I saw in the photos. The mattress was very old.
I would not recommend a stay there.

Really great location. Step out the door and you are in the historic center area. Staff on site is a plus. There is an elevator for folks who need it.
Room is really small. We did not like the decor and the furniture in our room. TV works.

Overall, I had a great stay here. The location is perfect and close to everything worth visiting in Florence. My only small problem with this was that I had to check in after hours due to a late flight, and it was difficult to reach them ahead of time. I am from the US so I couldn’t make an international call, I would recommend using WhatsApp to contact the mobile phone number on their website, that was the best way for me to communicate with them. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean!

Great experience staying here. From the ease of checking in to the proximity of our stay to all attractions. Room was clean and well kept. Beds could’ve been more comfortable, but overall good.
