I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. Some of the staff were not welcoming, will never stay here again

Really great property. Very secure and safe. You can’t enter the hotel per se without going through 2 levels of security. The hotel is in a walkable area to a lot of places of interest in Santiago. The room was clean and comfortable. The heating unit in the room made the room very cosy. Staff (all the males working the front desk and security desk) were supportive, super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very basic; but it’s free; appreciate that.

Todo bien con el hotel y la habitación, excepto que no aparece en la descripción que el estacionamiento está a 3 cuadras del hotel !!! Es algo que deberían transparentar...

Very friendly staff, perfect location, the rooms are not new but clean and comfortable. I would say there is room for improvement for the breakfast and also the drinks menu (stuff not available). But overall I would recommend this hotel and we will come back without a hesitation!

The hotel was as described on the website . The hotel was kind enough to give early checkin without charge. Most of the tourist locations in central is walkable.

Staff are friendly and professional. Just as the reviews all say, breakfast buffet is plentiful! We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Room was basic but clean, atmosphere in the common areas (lobby, etc) is like something from another time!
