Staff was very helpful, parking good. Room lighting was bad. Room had a stale smell. It appeared clean, except for the smell.

The front lobby seemed updated and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, our room had a musty smell, almost as if it was a smoking room for 20 years and had recently been cleaned, but you could still smell it. The carpet seemed crunchy and dirty and just overall was a lot more budget hotel than I was expecting for a Best Western.

Going to lead this with how nice and lovely the ENTIRE staff I interacted with was during my several day stay. Sadly, have to follow with the disappointment the entire facility was. Pool is 100% not functional. Rooms are incredibly outdated and worn. The chair for the desk in my room was literally so sunken in on the seat you sat only on the rails of it, and I was on a work trip so this was a nightmare the entire time. The bed... mattress was completely flattened, like a steam roller had crushed it, and then brought it back for another 10 years use. I can usually sleep pretty much anywhere but this was just about the worst 4 nights sleep I've had since my child was a newborn. The remainder of the room from the shower, to the AC to the lighting and couch were just outdated, unkempt (in terms of replacement in a timely, everything was as clean as the staff itself could manage with it being roughly from the age of the dinosaur). In all, I would NOT recommend staying here until the owners do SOMETHING to revitalize the facilities/amenities.

Bathroom smelled like a sewer

Very nice room , helpful staff, shower was nice but could use some shampoo and body wash.
