Allotjat amb amics

Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back.

This is my second stay at KLOÉ Hotel - and it remains the same beautiful, charming, comfortable hotel as I remember it to be. Service is beyond excellent - every one of the hotel staff I interacted with was warm, friendly, and helpful. KLOÉ is such a delight!

I really enjoyed my stay at KLoe Hotel, that I booked it again for the second half of my trip in Malaysia. It’s a perfectly placed quiet retreat after a busy day of sightseeing in KL. It’s just outside of the main busy area of Bukit Bintang but still central and close enough to walk (or get a Grab taxi in the heat/at night!) The rooms were large, thought out, and I enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel design. The staff were really friendly also!

Good location near Pavilion and The Exchange for shopping and food spots. Quick Grab ride to main tourist attractions in the city. Included breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly. Only downside was the bed was a bit firm for my preference but room was otherwise great.
