Overall I gave this property an okay to poor rating. The couch and chair in the living room were visibly dirty and felt sticky. The tv remotes were sticky and coated in dirt/dust and hair. The bed, bathroom and kitchen seemed clean. The host offered to try and accommodate our check in time prior to our arrival in the city which we appreciated, but they were unresponsive to any communication from us during our stay.

zuerst - es ist kein Hotel sondern ein einzelnes Appartment natürlich ohne jeden Service. das TV und die Heizung haben nicht funktioniert. Der Boden war definitiv nicht gereinigt. Es lagen noch Papiere eines Vorbenutzers im Raum und an einer Stelle klebte man am Boden fest. Dafür dass es natürlich kein Frühstück gab, wären ein Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle sehr hilfreich gewesen. In der Gegend gibt es auch kein Frühstückscafe o.ä. - Royal war nur der Preis.
