We arrived during a heat wave and there waa no AC on thé 6th floor and the elevator was out as well. But the staff was very helpful and gave us free water and soft drinks and also covered our breakfasts to compensate for the inconvenience. The neighborhood is great and Aldi and FranPrix are a few paces away, along with many interesting eateries on the same street

The hotel is in a prefect location, that is mostly local which we really enjoyed and as we arrived early we were lucky and managed to get a room with a small balcony

We had an amazing experience with this hotel! The neighborhood is so charming and walkable, the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness levels were excellent! So many shops and restaurants near this location and super close to the arc de triumph. 100% recommend staying here :)

All was great except the shower water spilled to the tile floor every time we showered making it slippery. The evening front desk representative was the best! The one on our check out was not, over charged me and said it would take too much to refund me!! Unfortunately, I had to notify corporate!
