The swimming pool was not heated up for the first 2 days and and the kids didnt really enjoy it since they only swim once once, and the breakfast should be longer since people keep missing out.

Room is good. I generally book this property so that i can access swimming pool. I have done over 100+ days bookings at this resort in last 2 years. But i had few unusual experiences. On Thursday 14th, i was using pool at 9:30pm, a person from the staff came and asked me to go because he wanted to close, even though pool closing time was 10pm. I though it was unprofessional and insulting. I was given a reason that bookings were less so closing early. Secondly, i have been asking every time to allot room in village green area, they usually used to say that we have noted but even after rooms are underbooked they won't allot room in village green, not sure if there is any reason.

The room was as described. I didn’t anticipate the two flights of stairs to the room, though, so taking a suitcase was a bad idea. The heating element to the indoor pool broke after the first night, so we had two more days of either a freezing outdoor pool, or a slightly less freezing indoor pool (the sole reason I booked this accommodation is for the two pools!). I was disappointed to find that there wasn't communal washing/drying facilities for the single rooms, as our towels from pool use did not have a chance to dry due to the lack of sun/warmth. So if you plan to make the most use of the pool, pack extra beach towel.

My 8 and 10 years old boys loved the resort. They enjoyed the big trampolines, indoor pool and playing tennis. It’s so family friendly. We had breakfast at cafe in the town to save money, but the breakfast buffet at the resort was cheaper.

Very spacious and clean. The only issues were that a dining room chair had a very wobbly leg that could have caused an accident and the oven would not heat up.
