Great location, easy walk from/to Roma Termini station. Quiet location. Great for overnight stay. Single Bed room is small and basic. Smokey smell in room. Has a small window, no view. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is a little tired.

A good budget friendly hotel .Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. No breakfast area small lobby but a great little Cafe across the road for coffee and snacks. Close to train and walking distance to tourist attractions. Great restaurants nearby. If you don't want fancy but a nice spot I would recommend this hotel.

Clean room , air conditioning worked great. Almost no hot water , would last like 1 minute for showers then just be cold.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of the city, just a few minutes from Termini. Lots of dining options nearby, too. Hotel staff was always there and very helpful. You can request breakfast for an additional fee and they bring it up to the room, which is very convenient, if you need a quick option. There is no elevator, but that's the case with most hotels in Italy.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. However, our stay was marred by a few inconveniences. A couple of hours after we arrived, the air conditioning and hot water supply both failed. When we informed the staff, they informed us that we couldn’t use the heater and hot water simultaneously. After turning off the heater, we only had about 5 minutes of hot water before it went cold. Additionally, the room key controls the electricity, so if one person leaves and the other stays and takes the key, all the lights go out.

The only thing is that it is close to the station. The bathroom was tiny and water wouldn't go away from the shower.

Front office were really nice, room was great and clean, beds were decent. Restroom was clean, shower was a tad small, big guys beware. Overall I do recommend as it's close to Termini and short walk to many attractions
