Decent place to sleep. Pups were welcome. Comfortable bed.

Linens weren’t changed prior to check in. The pillow cases were obviously reused. There was beard hair in the sink, dirt in the shower. Gaps and cracks in caulking.

For one thing explain to me how it is 10:45 maybe 11:00 a.m. got an early check in and that was cool I was fine with that because I know that a room is going to have to be no clean earlier so you're going to charge an extra fee. but can someone tell me why I paid early check and fee to get a dirty room. I mean there's a used condom in the garbage can.

The room was clean and stocked with towels and soap, however there was only one wash cloth. I stayed by myself, so this wasn't an issue, but I was suppose to have a companion with me, that backed out last minute, so the room was booked for two people. I only dealt with the staff upon check in and check out, both were friendly and professional. The grounds around the hotel were not clean. I had two dogs with me and had to walk them around for potty breaks, and while the hotel was pet friendly with several other guests with dogs, the outside had very little to offer in the way of grassy areas to potty. What was on offer, had a lot of debris and trash, including a used condom in the back by a picnic table. Cigarette butts and other small trash littered the area, again I have no complaints about the room or building itself, lust the litter around. The parking area was good, with more spots in the back.

Property unkept, room has dirt on the floor, Staff was slow and on their phones, room wasn’t ready in fact several people were in the lobby area waiting for their rooms as well

This hotel room had a lot of damage to furnishings. The sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The floor had some type of white construction looking debris. It would of only took a few seconds to sweep that and clean it up before putting someone in the room. It also had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay due to asthma. You could also smell pot very strongly. The area is a not great and I would of been afraid to leave anything unattended in the room. The curtain looked like it had stuck to the window and pulled apart.
