We were excited to stay here, but unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked an Executive Room for six nights but checked out three days early due to multiple issues. From check-in to checkout, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. Very few staff members greeted guests, smiled, or made any effort to create a hospitable atmosphere. As someone with many years of hotel management experience, this was especially noticeable. Our Executive Room overlooked an alley and was directly next to the elevator, making it very noisy. The room offered little sound insulation, and despite booking an upgraded room for a longer stay, it didn’t feel like much of an upgrade. During check-in, the front desk agent enthusiastically highlighted that the room came with a couch, which felt like an odd selling point given the room’s location and lack of a view. The rooftop pool is much smaller than the photos suggest, and service was generally inattentive. Guests had to go to the front desk to obtain pool towels, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. The biggest concern came on our third night when my partner woke up with several insect bites. We decided to check out early, but the front desk showed little concern and simply reminded us the reservation was non-refundable, even though we never requested a refund. Estoy decepcionado debido a que con toda seguridad sé que dejé un perfume Valentino y un cargador de calular en la habitación. Llamé para notificarlo, quedaron en devolverme la llamada lo cual no ocurrió por lo que, volví a llamar y me indicaron que estaba el cargador pero no el perfume. Debido a que no tengo dudas de haberlo dejado en la habitación solicité que volvieran a verificar y cuando me regresaron la llamada indicaron que no estaba el perfume. Esto significa una sola cosa: robo y deshonestidad. NO RECOMENDADO

Great location close to food and shops. The rooftop pool and bar was a nice little bonus. The room layout with the bathroom in the middle was rather strange. Not sure about the frosted glass!
