The hotel room was a decent size and the bed more comfortable than we expected considering it was two twin beds pushed together. Location was good and the staff were pleasant. Our one real complaint was that the bathroom was small. We mean cruise ship small. Extremely tiny.

Rooms are not good. Our shower was broken and it wasn’t fixed for two days before we left. Location is great.

The rooms in the hotel don’t have air conditioning so the room we stayed in was on the top and it was warm in this hot weather. Staff was very helpful and the location is excellent; it is close to a market and Rosenborg and botanical garden. In the city people bike everywhere and uber is available as well.

The room was clean and interesting as it had a separate annex on a split level. The bathroom was small but this hotel is in a prime location, and typical of a city centre in a capital. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. The reception/bar area was relaxed and there were plenty of places to sit, including a shady terrace. The location was in a really good location with lots of restaurants around and close to public transport. We were able to get to the Louisiana Musuem in about an hour and could walk to the Stroget and Nyhavn in about 20 minutes. I'd very happily recommend this hotel and would return if I was staying in Copenhagen again.
