Nice central hotel close to everything, quiet area, narrow street next to a fun garden friendly amazing looking garden bar. The room was clean, the breakfast had a good variety of food, donuts, pancakes, cakes, soups, noodles, rice, eggs, omelette, salads, all kind of fruits, juices, cafe and coffee. All the staff are 5 stars. From the maintenance guy that changed our kettle, the suitcase guys making phonecalls for us, the restaurant staff making sure we were well fed, the receptionists all... the kindest friendliest people. But! we specially loved Sarah, she recommended us local hairdressers, local guides and local wonders in general. Always going above and beyond for us. She made us feel like we had a friend in Hue. Sarah always made sure we were treated fair outside the hotel too. Staff is what makes a hotel amazing. Thank you Serene Palace Hotel. We'll miss you

Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites.

Lovely hotel, only stayed one night. Perfect location to all the restaurants and we were lucky enough to be here on a weekend when walking street is for pedestrians only, was great to walk around at night with the atmosphere Highly recommend this hotel, staff lovely and accommodating

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and well equipped. Nearby eatery was excellent. We really like the aesthetics of the establishment. Very happy and likely return in the future. Thank you.

The staff were excellent and eager to please. The location is good, lots of food and beverage options nearby. Free buffet breakfast with eggs to order. About 20 minute walk to the Citadel.
