The hotel is what you pay for. Excellent location, right next to the train station. Room was clean and just big enough to hold 4 beds. Suggested improvements- Shower was too small to even move. Cabinet shelves were flimsy and would fall off with the slightest weight.

Allotjat amb amics

Great hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from Venice Santa Lucia train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise and added great value to the stay. The service was outstanding, and they were also able to store our luggage at no extra cost. With such a convenient location, fair price, and great attention from the staff, this hotel made our visit to Venice much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

First, the pros: air conditioning unit was good and kept us cool during the heat wave. Great location near the train station if you are carrying luggage. Front staff at check in was nice and we were able to store our luggage while we explored. The room was clean, small bathroom but functional. Breakfast buffet not great but coffee bar where you could get espresso, cappucino, was nice. Con: we were in a room with two twins and a large bed. The large bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever experienced, rendering it nearly unusable and the twin mattresses were also bad but kids slept ok. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep after stacking every blanket in the closet on the mattress to soften it from a rock. A new mattress would have made it a 4/5 star place. Very pennywise, pound foolish to not just buy even a cheap new mattress.

Had a lift. Breakfast was good but items got exhausted very early. Hot water issue occurred repeatedly in rooms 406 and 408 even after informing them.
