Window would not close, giving no privacy, about two inches open. The quilt was stained and when u went to ask then to be changed, no one was there. The shower wall had hair on it, making me believe the cleanliness is not the best. Over all the property was okay, the pool was not opened at 1030 when I checked out. The worst was the stain on the quilt, I took pictures if needed. I dont complain ever, but it was kind of gross.

AC WAS OK. THE KEY TO ENTER , THE ROOM HAVE PEOPLE IN. THEY DID A DIFFERENT ROOM 2 TIMES AND THE KEY DO NOT LET US TO ENTER AT NIGHT. WE WENT TO GET IT RESET EVERY TIME. NO COFFIE MAKER IN ROOM AND NO IRON. WE HAVE TO REQUESTED ONLY DECA COFFIE. THANKS MARIA JUNE 4 TO JUNE 08, 2026

Staff was helpful and nice. Rooms seem to be lacking furniture. Refrigerator was leaking. No electricity after 5am due to roadwork on the street
