This was such a fun hotel! You could fish right on site and eat what you caught for dinner. The kaiseki was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

何と言っても夕食が部屋食というのが良かったです。部屋も清潔で外国の従業員の方もおられましたが、きちんと敬語を使われ対応は良かったです

この度はありがとうございました。 道路渋滞により、到着がチェックイン時間よりはるかに遅れてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず到着と同時に出迎えてくださいました。 部屋での懐石を予約しておりましたが、そちらもスタッフの方々が丁寧に対応してくださり本当に助けていただきました。 時間もタイトで疲れもあったので、ほとんど施設を楽しむことはできませんでしたが、子ども向けのゲームや設備など様々なところにおもてなしの精神を感じました。 せっかくこのような素晴らしい施設を楽しめず残念でしたが、次回必ずまた利用させていただきますので楽しみにしております。 異国の方もたくさんスタッフ出働いておられましたが、みなさんお客様ファーストで熱心だったことが印象的でした。 ありがとうございました。

Allotjat amb amics

Perhaps the hotel had to receive two big groups (some company anniversary event), I find both the service and the quality of food was so-so. I didn't expect dinner would be buffet, thought it would be served meal. Regardless, the food at the buffet wasn't cooked very nicely, some was overcooked.. and there were empty dishes, waiting to be refilled (for quite some time). Staff were friendly though
