The people who work here are absolutely lovely! The rooms are large with all the amenities one needs including a safe box, and the breakfast were very nice! It is a quiet and peaceful place to be after a long day of sightseeing in Cape Town. Plus, the area feels very safe and is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. I definitely stay here again!

Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so. Would recommend and stay here again. We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at Parker Cottage. Our room, Fitzroy was spacious, comfortable and had everything we could need for our 4 night stay. Marion, Tomas, Jameson, Bartwell and all the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay in Cape Town. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We couldn’t recommend our stay enough - you won’t be disappointed if you book here!

Excellent service and all the little touches were there. I appreciated the effort to conserve water by simply collecting a bucket of water while showering for use in the beautiful gardens.

Loved staying in this beautiful peaceful house, looked after by friendly, helpful and warm host and staff. It was a lovely haven to come ‘home’ to each day. The breakfasts are delicious, bed comfortable, and the service excellent. It combines the warmth of a home with high quality service (but without the wastefulness or anonymity of a big hotel). Will definitely stay there again someday!
