The hotel is close to everything — restaurants, stores, subway stations. There’s a washer at the gym but there’s no dryer so it is basically useless to wash your clothes, unless you want to hang dry it from the borrowed rack. We were expecting that we can check in an hour early, but the staff were adamant that we have to wait. Bummer. However, we were able to leave our luggage seven after we checked out.

My room was large and clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The hotels location was central and it was very easy to get everywhere I needed to go in Seoul. The price was also quite reasonable and made the Ocloud Hotel a great value.

Very basic room. For the price that I paid, a room with a view of the next building wall (1016), was almost unacceptable for me. Hassan (staff) working aa a receptionist was very helpful. As a non-Korean speaking tourist he was a big help figuring out what I purchased. With that level of engagement, I will give him a 5/5 rating.

We did not have breakfast. Airconditioning was not setup, so the room was warm because of the regulated heater temp. Staff were excellent. Cleanliness was up to par. It is a no frills hotel. Room was spacious and was very clean which matters to us. Location was near Line 9, very accessible. Will book again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Sinnohyeon Station Exit 7 is within 5-min walk. Gangnam Station is around 15-min walk. Lots of shopping stores and restaurants near proximity of the hotel. If you are also into Korean skin treatments, I super recommend you stay in this hotel since most skin treatment clinics are located here. Staff are very friendly and good in English, so it was very easy for me to check-in. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Seoul again.
