We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. He also made sure he was around during the stay to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. What could have been a disaster ended up being a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful resort and a fantastic location!

Great hotel, staff are all really friendly and helpful, food in restaurant is excellent and the facilities are good. The grounds are great just to walk around. One of nicest hotels ever stayed in, would definitely come back!

I had high expectations $$$$. We had to change our room due to a very bad odor; the shower water pressure and hot water was lacking. The buffet breakfast was poor quality & trainees were cooking eggs with a crust, the coffee was weak, no plain yogurt nor healthy cereal; we had to call for the gym to be stocked with water and towels; and the pool was very cold and not maintained.

The hotel itself is amazing and well maintained even during covid times.They strictly follow covid norms.We got an upgrade for our booking.The whole property is not that big but it’s very beautiful and you will really feel like you are in Europe

Beautiful landscaping, unique design, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and friendly, professional staff. We were pleased by the overall high quality and comfort of this hotel in this part of Thailand.
