Amazing hotel great service as I was celebrating me birthday. Leila from guest relations was amazing. Mahmoud and all the concierge staff, the housekeeping and the kids club staff all made it an amazing stay. They all went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best in Dubai.

Great experience and staff. One thing I could say maybe the bathrooms in the guestrooms could use an upgrade. Other than that everything was wonderful.

I never expect anything less than excellence at this Four Seasons location, and once again, it delivered. A special thanks to the Water Sports Department for making our stay unforgettable — such a great selection of activities and an outstanding team. Will definitely be coming back!
