Only problem you can only pay gor drinks etc by card

The room was fine and tidy. The shower had no door so water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom. The TV in the room didn't work either. The AC was OK, could have been colder but I can forgive this as the outside air temperature was above 30c. However, the breakfast was vile. The sausages were inedible and no idea how they made scrambled eggs like that. It was like kinetic sand! I'll stick to Premier Inn next time.

Nice hotel just a bit away from most things

We had a family room with was perfect for our stay. The room was clean, lovely and cool with the air conditioning and it’s located next to Hollywood bowl, Frankie and Benny’s and a few other facilities. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and the customer and their needs is clearly a top priority. The breakfast selection exceeded our expectations.

Placed in a good area with leisure facilities and bus stop just outside the hotel to Oxford

Would be better if there was option of food but I cannot express my thanks enough to all the staff at a very difficult time for all their enquiries of my husband and their help with booking rooms etc

The stay included a free breakfast, which was good. A fair amount of options. Wish the room had a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold, but there was no option available. The location was very close to a bus stop which made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little tight for the three of us, but it worked ok.

The shower floor drain was blocked, causing water to accumulate and preventing me from finishing my shower properly. Although I reported the issue and a member of staff came to fix it, the drain became blocked again shortly afterwards. This was a very disappointing experience. A functioning shower is one of the most basic and important facilities for any guest. After a long day, being able to take a relaxing shower is essential, but unfortunately this was not possible due to the recurring drainage problem. I expected better maintenance and quality standards. The fact that the issue reoccurred even after it was reported and supposedly resolved made the experience even more frustrating. I hope you will investigate this matter thoroughly and consider offering appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Lucas did an incredible job looking after our luggage as we arrived early. He also had a couple things in the refrigerator for us that needed to stay cool. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Clean nice hotel with good breakfast but the rooms are tiny and the air conditioning is not adjustable... Room was too hot to sleep. Better hotels for less nearby
