Amazing hotel, perfect location ( actually we are on the hotel albergo next to the church) we just realised there is two property of Albergo. The one next to church and by the square near highstreet is the best as there are ramos and easy for luggage. Close to shops, restaurant and all tourist spots🥂🇮🇹❣️

great reception and then taken to wonderful room in Sassi and right in the middle of the old town. Room really clean and comfortable. Breakfast next day was excellent and lots of choice and clean and fresh room

The hotel is in a great location to explore Matera, and some of the rooms are in actual caves (it's a great experience for a night or two) without windows. These rooms are very nice and have a good spacious shower. Some rooms are not in the check-in building and so a walk down some stone steps may be required.

This beautiful Boutique hotel was right in town centre. Matera is so unique everyone must go there. The hotel's location was excellent, breakfast fabulous and staff were friendly and helpful
