We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including cookware, a stove, microwave, kettle, and more. The bathroom was also stocked with toiletries, which was a nice touch. The location was great as well—only about a 5-minute walk to Patong Beach, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The only small downside was the ants in the room and the mosquitoes in the hallway and elevator. They would sometimes get into the room when the door was opened. It may have been due to the rainy season, but I do think pest control could be improved a bit, especially since we were staying on the third floor. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

We were told we received an upgrade when we checked in. The room we received was not an upgrade. There was barely a balcony, which only had a table no room for chairs, issues with flushing the toilet and also an odor in the room. We were told they only had 1 room left but it was next to the construction. So we decided to just stay in the room we had. Other than this the hotel was in a great location.
