Hotel has great location literally steps away from oomori station and a wonderful public bath. However, I have never stayed at hotel with worst service, no hospitality and no warmth.
This hotel is a disgrace to Japan's omotenashi service culture. Avoid this hotel if you want any kind of service or kindness.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Property and room was clean. Lobby has access to a 7 eleven and location of hotel is perfect with shopping and dining areas within walking distance.
