The single bed is a Good quality room for solo travel, strong air conditioning was very good. Staff is super nice and helpful 24/7. Wifi was only working some of the time

I booked this hotel for my colleagues who were attending an event. Everyone was disappointed (and that's an understatement) with the hotel, and some of them changed hotels before the end of their stay as they couldn't bear staying in their room anymore.
The general state of the rooms was really poor; one of my colleagues got bitten by some sort of insect and had to go to the doctor, and another one saw a cockroach; one of them had barely a window in their room.
