This property says it is city center, BUT you have to go WAY up on a hill that is very hard to get to. Plus, the safe box wasn't working, the blow dryer barely worked, the back balcony door did not lock, and the mini fridge did not work.

Perhaps the hotel with *the most* spectacular views of Guanajuato. While some aspects of the interior are dated, the excellent customer service more than makes up for those aspects. At least they were not an issue for this guest.

Fatal me cancelaron de última hora aunque ya había reservado con anticipación mi vuelo llegaba el sábado a las 4:30 de la tarde y me habló expidia el viernes a las 12:00 de media noche para decirme que el hotel no me iba a recibir sin más explicación

Needs some remodel updates . Our last night we ran out of water . The tub was clogged , water did not drain properly . It did have a great view of the city .
