We stayed 2-nights. The room was great. It was a short taxi or metro ride from Gare du Nord or Gare de L'Est where we traveled from with metro short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Overall a perfect stay.

This hotel was just ‘ok’. It was very tired and run down in places, and first impressions on the room compared to the photos was not great. The photos are definitely out of date or enhanced. The bathroom of the my upgraded room was very basic and below par. The location however is very good, staff were helpful and friendly and was still a decent stay, but I would argue this is no better than a uk 3 star hotel.

The hotel appears dated and not well maintained. The dark-colored walls seem to hide the overall condition, and the cleanliness particularly in the bathroom was below expectations, as the toilet did not appear properly clean. However, the staff—especially Adelle and Kay—were the saving grace of this hotel. They were pleasant and very personable. Location is great. I would not recommend this hotel, as there are many better options available at this price point.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Our room was clean, and while on the small side, it had all we needed - I particularly liked the provision of both shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The staff were personable, and the breakfast was varied, delicious and kept us going until mid-afternoon! However, what makes this place so great is its location. Only 15 mins from Gare du Nord and close to many metro stops, this is a perfect city hotel. Will definitely be returning.

I stayed at that hotel many times and their previous ownership. It was really good. These guys have no idea what they’re doing. They didn’t even know how to check us in when they got two rooms. Coffee machines in the rooms have been removed!! And the one in the dining room was broken and has not been repaired for three days. We still had to pay for every coffee we ordered. The staff was also very unfriendly about it.

Good structure, solid breakfast, and overall comfortable stay. Room temperature was hard to manage and noise from lower floors was noticeable. Most staff were great, though a few at reception negatively impacted the experience.
