Out of bathroom soap, out of body wash, crumbs on floor in bathroom and bedroom, hair dryer broken, out of medium roast coffee, one room key didn't work. Staff was ok, not super nice or informative

Our room had a clogged and backed up bathtub. Initially the staff was like. SOL. But eventually they let us take a different room. It wasnt a good experience.

Mi hijo se quedó a dormir y apestaba el cuarto y mi reservación con expedía no me la dieron me dejaron sin habitación no recomiendo ni el
Hotel ni que hagan reservaciones por medio de expedía .

The front desk was polite and helpful, the Maintenance guy that had to handle the breakfast was very polite and helpful, now that being said, the suite we stayed in was filthy and unkept couldn't sit on the couch because the stains were so bad carpet was very stained and unclean. A full garbage bag sat at the elevator for 2 days. I have many photos of the room not to forget the locked back entrance did not need a room key and 1 of the doors the key pad was missing.
