Staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. We loved the property and amenities for our family of four. The location worked well for us since we were only in Strasbourg for three days. We had quick access to the train station for arrival and departure, but the attractions were just a 10-15 minute walk with lots to see and eat along the way! Do note that there’s no refrigerator in the room but the hotel provides chilled water and tea in the lobby.

What could be quite a nice hotel in a convenient location was spoiled by the horrendous decor. The black or very dark walls and ceilings were inconsistent with dim lighting and unlit corridors where the light may be triggered only after walking some distance down the corridor. Laudable concern for the environment was excessive in the context of the decor and the dark could be frightening and potentially dangerous particularly as on one occasion we found a vacuum cleaner left in the corridor.

Stayed here one night for a stop between Zurich and Paris. Location was perfect! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! Gave great recommendations for things to do when we only had 24 hours and the restaurant recommendations were on point!

Great location a very short walk from the train station. Rather plain on the outside and lobby but very well maintained, friendly staff, and very well maintained. My room was very clean. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Room is clean and sound proof. Blessed with luxury bathroom brand, grown alchemist that recharge and rejuvenate you after a long day out. Overall, Tandem hotel is a great place to recover and rest after a day of exploring.
