I felt so welcome at your property, I appreciate how nice and kind Gabriella, at the front desk, was with me and other guests. Everything clean and appropriate. Even I had a street view room, it wasn’t noisy at all. Great location. Excellent breakfast. I can’t wait to come back and stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just hope next time I find a room with TV…. ☺️☺️

Nice location, you turn right out the door, left at the first street and you have the coliseum in view. You have Fontana dei Catecumeni right outside your door.
Staff: very nice reception, helpfull, spoke great english
Rooms: very basic, no TV, AC worked well, no view from the window. Rooms look like they are configured in a square with a empty middle section, had some construction equipment stored (never heard any noise)
Bathroom: good size shower, great pressure, nice smelling shampoo and body wash, again basic but no complaints
Internet: wifi is awful, make sure you have data on your phone, and when you get reception, do what you need to do
Overall, just a first world problem about the wifi, it's a room to come back shower and sleep.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Lots of great restaurants and walking distance to many big attractions. The room was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. 20 min walk from Termini train station, with luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

The positives was the location which was really good - The hotel lobby is nice
I found the bed very uncomfortable and firm and then pillows were not good and I didn’t get a good sleep- the rooms are very basic and the bathroom very dated for the price I payed and didn’t have kettle, tv or hairdryer

Fantàstic Very much great choice. Close proximity to the colosseum. Walkable area with great restaurants right around the hotel.will definitely recommend the hotel and come back to stay in the same hotel.

Fantàstic We had a great stay here. The staff go above and beyond to help. The rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly. Great breakfast each day. Shower was small but we made it work.

Bé room size was decent for one. The smell was unbearable and reeked of sewage it was hard to breathe. The workers were so kind and nice and location was incredible but the sewage smell was horrible.
