Super helpful staff, the rooms however have no exhaust fan in the bathrooms and smelled of mildew. Also just be prepared that parking is 60 bucks a day even for hotel guests! We did not spent a ton of time in the room and the amenities were awesome with free rentals and daily activities! Pool is also a cool hang!

They don’t tell anyone about there “ unique “ elevator system at check in and a lot of people are getting lost on the elevator’s. They should just have regular elevators that everyone knows how to use. Also they need MICROWAVES in the rooms.

Property is very convenient is in front to Waikiki beach, they have chairs and umbrellas for you to borrow for the day… a lot of shops and restaurants walking distance. Family friendly.

The location across the beach was good, the hotel needed major updating, bottled water was provided, we had a later flight and the staff was not accommodating with a late checkout, had to go elsewhere.

I don’t normally leave reviews but feel I had to this time. The hotel could seriously use a remodel and upgrades. Rooms look older than what their online images show. Shower tubs are outdated and stained. Furniture received a brush up paint from the outside. Rooms feel humid. For the price, I would recommend a few others down the street with better options. Their rooftop breakfast area is opened air with birds roaming around and trying to snag your food from your plate. Overall, the service is good and walking distance from the beach and shops.
