Very professionally run hotel. Everything was great although our room had an average view. Room although not large is very good with everything you need. Room service was first clsss. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!

The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better.

Stay was great, room was great. However, the whole experience was soured when asked to provide a service fee at check out. It was “optional” but was nearly $50 US for 2 nights and we were not warned, so had already tipped for various services. When paying this price for a room, such fees should be included.
