Genial The staff are very accommodating & pleasant. The room is small but clean. Restaurants in walking distance.

Rooms are small so keep that in mind, but my wife and I were able to keep most of our stuff somewhat in order. AC you cannot control as it’s regulated by the building staff, so sometimes it’s steaming in that room.

Always like this place, 4th time. Unfortunately they've changed to an "advanced" check-in system that simply doesn't work properly and it took 4x as long to check in as usual. Completely unnecessary if they had stuck with the old way. Other than that, perfect.

My husband and I loved staying here. The only thing to be aware of is it is quite small so pack light or be really good at Tetris.

Location wise amazing, transport was perfect. Room size is to be expected in tokyo, but we didnt enjoy the lack of laundry.
