We liked the clean room, comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast was good. The towels were very thin and the design of the sink and tap in the bathroom meant that the water splashed everywhere whenever used. There weren’t enough towels to make the bathroom usable. There was no body lotion which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the hotel lobby but there was never a member of staff there to facilitate this. The person who cleaned the room was very efficient.

My parents stayed in the hotels for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. They loved the hospitality, early check in, the room with fun balcony, the calming design, amazing breakfast and a special delivery of wine and sweets to their room. They had a blast. Gratitude to the team for the responsiveness and kindness.

The room was quite big and nicely furnished, with a fridge, coffee machine and nice toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff let it down a little bit … eating a biscuit while talking to a guest, long wait for check out, coffee machine needed a good clean. But despite that I would return as it was comfortable and well priced, and my room was a good size with a view.
