Great service as always, lovely hotel with great staff. I had a small problem with the air conditioner which was fixed in no time while I was out for dinner. Breakfast was something for everyone and the orange juice is amazing!

Beautifully designed rooms, had a garden outlook which was wonderful. The spa was a nice place to relax. Great pool with towels provided. Amazing staff who always went the extra mile and were so thoughtful and attentive. Lovely food, good wine selection including local wines.

Always a delight to return to the Mencey. Wonderful staff and amenities. Great place to relax by outdoor pool, which is serene, set within beautiful garden. Good location with only a few minutes walk to the centre of Santa Cruz.

The room was beautifully designed with the most wonderful outlook over the gardens. The pool was lovely and the delicious non-alcoholic cocktail served mid- morning was a delightful touch. The massage and spa was superb with thoughtful attention to details throughout. The food served at both breakfast and dinner was very high quality. Overall it has been a wonderful stay, as all of the above mentions but what has really stood out, throughout our stay, has been the attentive and friendly staff, thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost). Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned). We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather.
