Bé We had the family suite and for us, staying one night, the room was functional. There were some unique design decisions (glass pane that looks directly into shower so anyone in room could watch you take shower). Fine if it was for a couple, but for a family, a little awkward. Same for having a bathtub in the room.
The room was also a little confusing to get to with luggage, but understand that is more to do with the limitiations of an older building.

Great location, poised to access downtown Lucerne, but with free parking and a nice complimentary breakfast. Being a boutique hotel, there was very limited staff on-site … including a self checkin and checkout system. Two buildings were combined to yield this hotel, and as a result there is a weird descending / ascending small step transition zone in interior halls between them. Our biggest issue was traffic noise. We had a front corner room, and without AC, had to keep the windows open for comfort (including while sleeping). The road noise persisted though the night and was distracting even with ear plugs.

Good to have a decent room at a decent price that included breakfast and parking. A short bus ride to you to the center of Lucerne easily.

Took a family trip, stayed here for a few days. It's a smaller hotel but provides a more intimate feel. We got a larger room to sleep three people. A large soaker tub out in the open (not for anyone who is shy!). 2 minute walk from a bus stop and about 12 min ride down to the main area/train station. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious and plentiful!. One unfortunate thing was the room we were in had a sloping ceiling that came down low and I smacked my head off the stucco twice, left a scrape on my head...also found it a bit weird that there was a small sliver of glass that allowed someone on the bed to see the person showering, and nothing the person showering can do to prevent it except fog it up. Other than that, great, quaint, and unique hotel, very much enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room with daily service, modern and comfortable.
Good restaurant, with good food and drinks.
Only minus one star for breakfast, it was small choice of food even no scrambled eggs, and offen empty/almost empty plates with ham or cheese, hotel needs to work on it.
In this price i expected way more better breakfast.
