Overall, very good experience. Things to note 1. No individual AC controls in room. 2. Bath tub is not wide enough to make standing while taking a shower comfortable. 3. No safety bars to help exiting shower/bath tub. This is dangerous as drop is significant. 4. Restaurants are limited and service is slow. 5. Concierge is attentive and doorman are excellent. 6. Front desk staff are not as helpful as you would hope.

I felt like we got the crappiest room in the place. AC wasn't working well, shower temp not adjustable, and the view was sewer, steam and ugly pipes.

The Staff on reception were excellent The room was lovely the breakfast and staff there were very helpful as I am disabled on the whole I enjoyed my stay . I would definitely recommend the hotel

The doormen were delightful, funny and super helpful! The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the rooms felt bigger than typical hotel rooms.

Was surprised a hotel of this caliber didnnt have walk in showers as is the norm these days. Climbing into a bath tub particularly elderly folk is not easy . Really needs updating in my view

Estada individual

Clean comfortable room, good bed and shower, nice breakfast. The location is the best thing about it, close to underground station and many bus routes available within minutes of the hotel door. I have stayed several times and always enjoy it.
