The hotel was beautiful, the location was great, and the people were very friendly. However, there were certain details that could have made the stay a little better. - My room wasn't cleaned the second day of my stay. Housekeeping said they would clean it when I saw them in the halls at 5pm, but they never came. - There was a washing machine, but no detergent? I called to ask, but never got any - The staff didn't know anything about the area. So when I asked for specific recommendations like where to get roti, I didn't get any helpful information. - The shower in our family suite was poorly designed. We couldn't shower without water flowing out of the bath area and creating a flood around the toilet.

Convenient location with 2 malls nearby. Hotel is in a compound that has a convenience store, pharmacy, supermarket as well as some cafe and bar. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were sufficient considering the size of the hotel. Rooftop ool view at sunset was nice. Had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.

As we have a couple of heavy raining days, the hot water flow in the shower was not ideal. With the max hot water on the mixer tap, is still feel cold.

The public areas of this hotel are impressive — the rooftop pool, bar, lobby and restaurant all have a premium feel that sets expectations high. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the rooms tell a different story. While everything you need is there — good shower pressure, towels, a fully equipped kitchen — the overall look and feel is quite basic and underwhelming. It reminded me more of a budget hotel chain than a Hyatt property. I also requested a high floor but was given one of the lowest, which was disappointing given the building's height and the views on offer. Worth noting too that elevator noise was noticeable from my room despite being some distance from the shaft — you could hear the muted rumble of lifts moving up and down the building. A solid option for the facilities and service, but don't expect the room itself to wow you.
