We are easy, no frills travellers. It was a great place to stay for our little trip to Paris. Bed was clean, bathroom was clean, what more can you ask! Very central and close to metro station

We couldn’t get internet in our room and the staff stayed there was nothing they could do. We lasted all of one hour in the room before we decided we could not stay and we couldn’t believe that Expedia would even host this place. The stairs were dangerously narrow and with no elevator plus a fourth floor room, carrying a 50 pound suitcase without any assistance from staff was even more harrowing. I am typically a grin and beat it especially when trying to save but even I couldn’t take this place. The manager stated no refunds and I still set that there was no way in good conscience that my family and I could stay. The room smelled of ruing and the tv was barely hanging on the wall. No one should stay at this place ever and Expedia should take it off their listings.

Fantàstic Room is what it is, not huge but for the price, a great place to rest your head at night. Comfy bed and the bathroom is newly renovated and so is a huge plus. Very friendly staff, I lost my key out and about and the staff just gave me a new one, no questions asked! Location is amazing, 2 minute walk (if that) for food/dinner and the same for the metro. Easy to get into to centre of Paris and easy to get back. I stayed on the 4th floor, no lift up but not too bad to get up and down. Overall, incredible value and amazing location, along with friendly staff and pretty nice room. Would 100% stay here again! :)

Good experience. We had a room on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator, so we had to walk up the stairs. Small room, but quiet and comfortable.

Thank you for being so helpful and kind to switch our room to the first floor, tremendously help the senior for easy access. Room is neat and staffs are friendly. Other than that just the construction noises and that is common. I’m content with my stay.
