We had a fabulous 4 night stay in Primula room mid June.
Comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom and a sweet little patio with table and chairs.
The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the info we needed.
They also offered a simple Italian breakfast at just 5 euros each per day which we enjoyed every morning.
Perfect stay.

The staff were very sweet and accommodating. The apartment was clean, cool, and in an excellent location. The only negative we experienced was the hot water heater cannot keep the shower warm consistently. It was 9 seconds of warm/hot with 30-40 seconds of cold in between. Other than a cold shower, we enjoyed our stay here. Do note that it is right next to a small restaurant so if noise disturbs you, bring ear plugs. We were awake anyway so it didn't bother us. I would absolutely recommend this stay to others/friends.

Spacious and clean two bedroom apartment was perfetto for our 1 night stay. Staff was helpful getting us from the train to the room and were accommodating for our early checkout. Steep stairs to get to rooms but only 1 floor up. Beautiful central location made getting to everything easy.

It is in the perfect location. If you are renting a car, parking spaces are small and at a premium. We enjoyed our stay. Staff is wonderful

The apartment was great. Amazing large stone building with nice modern touches. Getting there by car was only slightly harrowing with Orvieto's narrow roads; a staff member was helpful in getting us to the parking garage in one piece. The staff member was also helpful in giving us Orvieto recommendations since we were there only one night. Would recommend!

The host Rita was very accommodating, there was one hiccup with housekeeping, and she took care of it within minutes. The apartment was spacious, well kept comfortable and in a Beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again!
