Fantàstic Great location, clean and quiet. Beautiful building with a café steps away. Maria was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!

Host was my favorite part of the stay. Super sweet an helpful. The coffee was also great too. And the location was chefs kiss. Surrounded by everything you need! Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Fantàstic Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend. Definitely will stay here if returning to Rome. Staff was only there here and there but always available via WhatsApp if needed!

This is a very cute spot in the heart of Rome! We arrived early so Maria let us store our bags there for breakfast and check in early at 10:45ish in the morning! The room is spacious enough for this location and I love the big living room where there is a coffee machine, kettle, and a few seating spots.
The location is very convenient and we mainly travelled on buses to get to various destinations. It’s perfect for a short stay in Rome!

Fantàstic The location was fantastic. The room was very clean had everything needed including a large bathroom. Maria was the ultimate host, helping with dinner reservations and transportation information.
