Very clean and modern. Also very well located :)

Elevator was shut down, room key fob went dead couldn’t get in the room for almost an hour. Room service never cleaned when we requested. Breakfast didn’t no pork meat options or much fruit.

Having travelled extensively over the past 40 years, I can say this particular Embassy Suites sets the benchmark for the most disappointing Hilton brand experience I have ever had. Embassy Suites has been my brand of choice for longer stays, especially with family. This hotel disappointed on almost every key point. It started with the online check-in that really wasn’t. Once I arrived the app that I checked in with would not give me my key. It said I had to visit the front desk, which resulted in a wait in line and a full blown normal check-in. The room was average, but the metal-wire soap & shampoo holder broken and when asked we were told they did not have replacements. Our vanity light blew while we were there. It was repaired quickly. Embassy Suites has an evening reception from 5-9. While checking in we were given 2 slips for a complimentary drink. Very basic snacks were also available; chips & salsa, crackers, trail mix, and carrots. Wealthy guests could order food through a kiosk at typical room service prices. To me cleanliness is a given expectation, and this hotel met minimum standards. They definitely could have vacuumed the common areas on a routine basis, but we did not see any evidence of this. They also could do a better job of keeping the grounds clean. Debris was evident most days in the employee parking area. This, to me, indicates an attitude of mediocrity among the staff. TL:dr Just avoid this Embassy Suites!

We stayed for one night, and everything went well. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the shower head was shaking and loose everytime we showered. Breakfast was great.

Everything was good but 2nd night there was a party going on with loud music and people are smoking outside the patio which makes the room smell cigarette

Great hotel

The staff was great, we arrived late on a Friday night and went up to the 8th floor. Our room was very uncomfortably warm and stuffy and smelled. We were so exhausted we blasted the air conditioner and tried to get some sleep, no one slept with blankets and it didn’t really cool down. The breakfast in the morning was nice as expected for an embassy quality. The pool was closed for maintenance. At breakfast not much relief from the warmth that just never went away. The second night, same thing, super warm in the room, we opened the front door and opened the balcony as the air outside was so much cooler but, it felt like it just got warmer. We did not bring it up to the staff, as everywhere felt warm, we didn’t think a new room would matter. Any interaction with staff members was very pleasant though, and security was visible around the hotel. Would not stay here again though. The hotel shuttle was a huge plus for the airport, they operated that very well.

The property was nice and clean. The room I was in was very dated. Mold, loose tub spout, old shower head, old tv (old fashion remotes and the battery died) The ac sounded like rattling cans (all night), the balcony is not a real balcony, it’s $63 to self park a night (no Valet), it’s $50 for valet parking @ the embassy in Sac. There were no luggage carts available , so I had to carry all my luggage from the parking lot to my room. $63 parking should have included valet. We received a drink ticket for one glass of beer or wine ( it’s unlimited cocktails from 5-7 at the Sacramento location). Breakfast was GREAT! the maid didn’t clean our room while we were gone, so I had to figure out how to empty my own trash cans. Didnt care for the front desk staff, they were NOT very customer servicey ( I think they pick and choose who they want to give good service to or not, I guess I didn’t fit the aesthetic). We couldn’t check into our room until exactly 4 pm on the dot because “no rooms were ready” we got there shorty after 3pm, so in the meantime me and my family just sat and watched the front desk, laugh, talk to each other and check other guests into their room. lol idk I just never experienced a Embassy suites like I did in LA. I will not stay there again on my dime.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room could have been much cleaner, and the king bed comforter was torn, which was disappointing. The sofa bed was also extremely uncomfortable. We understand that breakfast service ends at 9:00 a.m., but it was disappointing to see staff close the service without allowing a young lady who was already there to finish comfortably. A little flexibility and courtesy would have gone a long way. There was no manager on-site to address our concerns, which made resolving issues difficult. The biggest frustration was the parking issue. We repeatedly explained that we had not used the hotel's parking, but the staff kept insisting otherwise. I eventually had to pull up my credit card statement to prove where I had actually parked and paid. Overall, the stay fell short due to poor customer service, cleanliness issues, and the lack of attention to guest concerns. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience.
