The room is simple and comes with all the basic amenities. While there were some spots on the floor, the overall experience was good, and the staff were friendly.

The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean. However, the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor; you can hear people talking or laughing in the next room. Also, all the room doors close very loudly by themselves, sometimes waking guests up in the middle of the night with a loud bang.

The rooms were good, for the price point they were fantastic. The location was amazing, it was so close to the MTR that was easy to find, as well located near a mall thats great for shopping.

Genial The staff are phenomenal! The front desk were very accommodating to our needs. The only problem I had which could even be a nitpick would be that the room was too dry. We all woke up with dry throat and dry eyes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Also no bidet.

The room was too small for a 7 days stay. We paid as much as last time but only got a room on 2nd floor which faced a garage open until late night in the industrial building nearby. Wifi signal was poor due to too many guests. Can't even perform well in a normal use. We paid as much as last time, bit was letting down.

Dried food scraps seen on the floor and was never cleaned up during the stay. Carpet condition overall is a poor choice and poorly maintained. The floor looks and feel ditty.
