I stayed at this hotel for our trip to San Antonio and it was so clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. The rooms were very clean. The staff were so friendly and courteous. They even gave us a small free gift and gave my kids some cookies as we were leaving. I will definitely be staying here again. I’m glad I found this hotel. Xavier and rest of staff were amazing. Thank you for a great stay. See you next year.

I have been here before last year, look like they are renovated and look new. The bed comfy but the PILLOWS seem like they didn’t get wash, smell sweat. The breakfast is ok for the price. All the staff are nice and helpful. The parking plenty space. This hotel next to the highway so the noises come through the window.

My experience at Quality Inn was great! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Our room was clean, and the AC worked very well! In addition, the breakfast was well stocked and replenished. Everything tasted great! The hotel's location is perfect! It was only 10 minutes from SeaWorld. Also, it was located near many retail stores and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again!

Their hard cash only policy makes them terrible for anyone to stay there. When you arrive there with tired kids and staff ask you to go for in search for cash even you offer them any type of credit card or even cash transfer through zell/paypal makes then to avoid. Overall property is not well maintained. Xavier who was there next morning seems to be better person who would understand guests feeling.
