Good location and good price

Great location and easy access to Terminal 21, the Sukhumvit Soi’s entertainment as well as Soi Cowboy. Nice accommodation at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff have made Sacha’s a place that I will continue to return to when I am in Bangkok

I happen to be paralyzed & in a wheelchair so my experiences may be different than others. SERVICE, Safety & Location are among the most important components for me when comparing hotel properties and Sacha's Hotel Uno offers outstanding service & security in an ideal location. Despite a steeper than anticipated front ramp & a small step to enter the main lobby, I never once had any difficulty entering or exiting the hotel in my wheelchair because everyone was always so helpful. The bed was the perfect height for safe wheelchair transfers. I would prefer a bit wider entry into the bathroom and a more accessible shower, but we were able to manage during our two week stay in Bangkok. The housekeeping staff was most friendly & efficient -- always smiling & eager to assist. The location of this hotel is perfect for quick & convenient access to the MRT Subway Station & the BTS commuter rail line, as well as the Terminal 21 Mall which offers an amazing variety of Thai food for all budgets. We look forward to returning to Sacha's Hotel Uno on all future trips to Thailand!

Great as always

Room shower handle was faulty. It would close once you turn it on.. needed to hold in a certain way to keep water flow on. Their universal power outlet was not working and my universal adapter couldn't get proper connection on the other power outlets occasionally. Aircon was powerful and great. Hot water for shower was sufficient. Smart TV with YouTube was a great asset to have.

I’ve stayed on the sixth floor, room 167 which faces the street and has a lot of street traffic noise. That’s not even the issue, there’s a pump sort of thing right next to the room that turns on every about 3-5 minutes and it continues the whole day. I couldn’t sleep well for the whole 5 nights and the hotel wouldn’t change my room even after my complaint on the second night.

One of the best value hotels in Bangkok. The room was excellent. The staff super friendly. Proximity to Central Bankok was excellent. The Cafe/Restaurant downstairs had an excellent vibe and super trendy. Meals were great.

Location was amazing, food stands outside. convenient 711, across the street, Cat Cafe and McDonalds around the corner. Waterfall shower head was my favorite part of the room. Cute breakfast option available downstairs. Would definitely stay again!
