Fantàstic We didn’t get the breakfast because there are restaurants everywhere near the train station. But they offer free coffee in the morning and drinks after 10am, it was helpful to get a cold drink after coming back from a hot day.

Fantàstic We booked family room with 4 beds. The room was spacious compared to usually small hotel room in Tokyo. The location is very convenient; it is very close to Tokyo station and the airport bus terminal.
Just wish they can provide more washer/dryers. There are four machines in the laundry room and don't have an app to check the availability, so you will have to be lucky to get one.

Fantàstic The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean. We appreciate the PJs and skincare provided. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice treat for us as well. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is only an 8-minute walk to Tokyo Station, which made our trips to other cities much easier and more convenient.
The hotel offers welcome drinks after 3:00 p.m., which was a nice touch for guests. We arrived very early in the morning at around 5:00 a.m. and left our luggage at the lobby before heading out. When we returned later for check-in, our luggage had already been delivered to our room, which was a thoughtful and convenient service.
The room was spacious enough for our family of four. However, the air-conditioning vents were positioned directly above our heads, causing cool air to blow directly onto us while sleeping, which was quite uncomfortable.
Although the hotel is around seven years old, it is very well maintained and clean. The hotel also provides washing machines, which were convenient to use. We did not have much difficulty finding an available machine or waiting in line, and the laundry process was smooth.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was clear and easy to understand, making communication simple and comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, the hotel's excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable room size, and convenient services made it a great choice for our Tokyo stay.

Fantàstic The location is ideal as it is just 5 mins walk from Tokyo station and 15 mins walk to Ginza area for shopping. The hotel has all the facilities with free drinks and snacks and sleeping suits.. the staff is super helpful and can converse in English.. Breakfast is very basic though..
