Great breakfast. Rooms were always very clean and tidy with air conditioning. Was very nice coming back from a day out to a clean room that was already very cool.

Lovely hotel in amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection of foods for breakfast and comfortable rooms. It was our third stay at this hotel - Dorsoduro is beautiful and quieter than a lot of the other sestieres

We had 2 rooms and both were clean and spacious. Service was great. Front desk concierge booked all our boat taxis and helped answer any questions we had. Very safe area and walking distance to shops cafes and restaurants. Would stay again. It was 85 everyday and AC worked great!
