We have an inside room that was above the breakfast buffer area. It was on the 4th floor so the noise wasn't a problem, but I found the room dark. The check in experience was a bit strange because the lady checking us in informed us that they preauthorize a security deposit on the credit card, which is fine, but she said the reason was if we break something in the room. I was traveling with my adult daughter and I don't think we fit the profile of someone who trashes a hotel room :) Maybe some training would be in order as she could have simply told us that it is their policy for all customers

In case if the room is for 4 people - it is important that the furniture is in a good condition, as in our case the sofa was so noisy during the night when somebody tried to turn.

There were some questions I had with a husky dog sledding trip (unrelated to the hotel) & Juani, front desk professional went out of his way to solve the issues. He really helped me communicate & my sledding trip went off seamlessly!
