Fantàstic
They kindly held our luggage while we explored the city before check in. Ok location, Uber/Lyft had trouble locating us multiple times, and kind of a tricky intersection. Hotel itself was great, breakfast was a bonus for sure, plenty of options and a soda machine with Coke and Diet Coke! Nice entry with flavored waters on ice, pretty private courtyard.

The dual hotel concept was confusing. They were understaffed and/or overwhelmed with the volume of guests. There were three elevators but they could not seem to handle the demand of the hotel and we ended up taking the stairs with all our luggage because the wait was so long. Doors to the parking garage from the stairs were locked. The room was great though.

The hotel overall is very clean, and the room was very comfortable and convenient for the family. The room was spacious. The only issue that we had is that there was not a stand to place the suitcases and we had to leave them on the floor. The staff in the reception were very nice and attentive.

Honestly, I need a hotel that was close to majority of the activities that I was planning to do , Like the concert I went to but The hotel was very clean and look nice, The staff was very friendly and explained where and how to get to everything and the room was pretty great for the the price I paid

Failed three times to find the entrance for parking. Only after 2nd call to the front desk did they tell me that the entrance to the Even hotel is also the entrance to the Staybridge hotel. Both hotels are in the same building - extremely confusing.
